After you defeat Robot Hellraiser, the credits roll and the game is more or less over. But, after the credits, you get the Crimson Key which lets you open the Red Doors. Getting the treasure behind the Red Doors will make it possible to continue the game, to fight Eve of Zero and ultimately, four Elemental Phoenixes (if you decide to go that far).

Finishing all the bonus material in Eve of the Genesis is almost a game in itself, and can easily add several hours to your gameplay.
