Olta Village

The Tradesman’s Card is in a hidden passage between the two Inns.
Olta Village is west of the Fortress.
Talking to the people here will reveal that in order to reach the Town of the Moon Folk, you must first pass through the Forest of Confusion.
(But on the way to the Forest of Confusion, you'll want to stop in at the Moon-viewing Tower first.)
There’s a hidden passage in between the two Inns, and at the end of the passage there’s a treasure that you can’t see.
Walk as far as you can, and press the confirm button to get the Tradesman’s Card.
Talk to the Mischievous boy in the garden area behind the Inns to get the Metal Egg. It gives you three Element-changing Gems.
Don’t bother with the Skills here, unless you’re trying to fill in the Book of Skills. But do upgrade Viper's Killer Lance up to Dragonrun.
When you’re ready, leave Olta Village and head north, around the top of the mountain range. At the opening in the mountain range turn south, and in no time you’ll come to the Moon-viewing Tower.

- Metal Egg - talk to the Mischievous boy in the garden area in the northwest corner of town.
