So, today I decided to test hCaptcha to possibly replace reCaptcha in the near future.
I know it’ll be annoying to reply to both of them for a while, but please voice your comments on how they compare. I am looking forward to disable one of them β they’re as annoying to me as they are to you π
Well, to be frank, I disabled reCaptcha for posts but kept both for registrations. But some other pages may still show both.
I personally find hCaptcha more annoying, but some prefer it saying it respects user privacy more β I disagree btw.
So yes, feel free to comment what you think, if we should go back to reCaptcha only, or keep hCaptcha.

February 27, 2023 at 5:13 pm #43599OK, I’ testing hCaptcha is this one line post.Β I’ll edit it after I try the submit, etc.
[EDIT]Β I hate it.Β In this example, the image resolution is fuzzy, but that’s not the issue.Β The constant repeats, etc are always weird (for hcaptcha generally).
Older, but not wiser

Is it normal to confirm I’m a human 12 times where 9 times I had exact same hcaptcha with Find a Robot despite doing it π€π
I hate clicking on pictures.. At least Captchas don’t require fingerprints π
PS: Had the Robot Image 10th time while sending this.
PS2 (great console btw): How am I supposed to singlehandily (with 1oldtymer help) make a 40 page long documentary about any great game now?π
PS3: I Type too slow.. 11th Robot Captcha. Please help

February 28, 2023 at 12:06 pm #43607Are flying cows considered cows in their natural habitat?
February 28, 2023 at 1:03 pm #43609Are flying cows considered cows in their natural habitat?
Offtopic:
Yes, they would still be considered cows (I never heard of flying cows outside of fiction). All they might have is a pair of extra wings (probably through mutation.. An X-Cow series, anyone?)
The other theory is what would cows think if an UFO came by (would a flying cow know it flies thanks to its kidnapper? Would they think that UFO may be a weird-looking flying cow? So many questions, so many possibilities.)
PS: hCaptcha: Find a Flying Cow

March 4, 2023 at 1:53 am #43628This one more hassle than previous captcha. Atleast need to do 2 sets of image.
