If anyone has any good strategies for beating Fleon, Emperor Yurius, or Enna, please post them here!

I’ve beat Fleon and Yurius, but the only way I could was to grind about 300 levels above the “recommended” level for each one – so that works against these two bosses, but it certainly is not what I would call a “good” strategy.

    DUN DUN DUN!

All party members lvl 999. Rain with sword +999, Viola with staff (with God Breath) +999. Other 2 members, one weapon +999.

Rain added effect – STR 3, enough to raise his STR to 9999. Same for Viola, but with her INT at 9999 instead.

Give Rain Uncurse Ring a, and Viola Revive Ring. Fight Enna on Easy and hope for a couple Fever breaks.

Once you win, she gives you (and I quote) “many Talisman Feathers.”

    REALLY ENNA? REALLY?

Well I beat her on Easy anyway, so now I’m done with this ridiculous game (except that, as soon as my back is better, I AM going to write a walkthrough for this one. I think it’s worthy.)

Good luck to anyone who wants to fight Enna on Hard or Hell 👿

Scene: the conference room where the game developers are meeting:
Developer 1: OK, this is the last boss, the last battle, so what should be the reward? How about a deluxe megatron zray confabulator?
Developer 2: We used that in Zylo 3: The Awakening.
Developer 3: Hey guys, isn’t it obvious? We want them to continue playing, so that maybe they will want to buy something….
Developer 1: Yep, that’s our job, and we know how to do it! There really is only one aspect of the game that we KNOW they could not have conquered . . .
Developer 2: Gotcha! I wish I could see their faces when they see what they get! It is the only thing that makes financial sense, even if it doesn’t make game sense.
    Fade out….

😆 With the guidance from Commander and Azyleo, I easily defeated the final bonus game boss. I was max level, +999 weapons, 999 str and some speed. She was an easy target and didn’t throw nasty stuff at me, just some paralysis  But no mini, no reduction to 0 for SP, so my 99999 HP could easily absorb her attacks. Thanks for all the help, so big time applause for Commander and Azyleo, without whom I’d still be grindiing away in the Hell Dungeon. :woohoo:

I may write something about how to improve both the final boss battle and the urge to buy from the shop. Sure was a disappointment here, but not unexpected. See subsequent post that describes what I thought was a more enjoyable battle on “Normal” with Enna.

Alright, here is what you do on “normal>” You get a good battle here, as Enna pulls out poison (all), paralysis (all), and countdown (all). BUT…if you use what you learned fighting Yurius, you can win this without too much trouble. And no, I didn’t get any fever breaks (too bad, as I had fever rings, courtesy of Yurius). If you debuff Enna, with a DEF down, and keep her that way, you can push her to the brink before she opens up her bag of tricks. Then maybe 2 or 3 rounds more, which you survive with healing items, and you can finish her off. Just keep her DEF down (if you are using physical attacks, as I did).

Now “hard” is probably just brutal, but Normal was entertaining.

Good job beating her on normal. If you do attempt Hard or Hell mode, let us know. Otherwise maybe someone else will do it (after they’ve finished whatever game they’re currently playing…)

Here is a question that relates to many boss battles: does INT have ANY impact on the probability that a character might evade a status ailment? That is, is it equal probability that when I am attacked with (say) poison and I am INT 100 or INT 9999 that the poison takes hold?
Here is what the help says: “INT: spiritual strength (affects attacks with staffs and enemy magic effects.”

IF INT helps defend against status ailments, I might try loading up on that to battle ENNA. Not sure what I’d trade off, however.

    Give Rain Uncurse Ring a

I guess you didn’t have the Uncurse Ring B for 25% instead of the 10% on A. I have one in my inventory, but didn’t use it, although I can see it might be a very good idea.
