I can only answer about #4, the Heart Necklace. It’s earned from a witch’s request from Mitinpatin town for the Brass Dragon fight.

    I found all of them.

    • 1 is life ring, bought from naud hamlet
    • 4 is heart necklace dropped from the copper dragon, a request boss
    • 77, 78, and 79 are dropped from the post-game bosses: Lucius, baron, and grace
    • 80 is clandestine necklace, which is dropped by white poncho, a request boss.
