I am struggling to beat Lilamar at the Sky Arena. The girl & the other kid are level 61 & I’m using Julian & Tina (lower 50’s) for their levels.

Thinking about going to find the ghost ship & maybe doing some of the Tower of Rao before coming back to the Sky Arena.

I use Cutler, Ishiri, Tina, and Aira.  Aira is usually just a healer.  My trick is to have everybody defend for 3 turns to let Tina build up the ability to use Dragon’s Judgment.  Then just pick off one enemy at a time and avoid “All” type attacks.  Build up Tina again, and that should do it.  Aira, if just doing Defend, will quickly have enough to cast Healing Wind whenever needed.  (Wings of the Undying is a good Carmina for Aira).  I use Tough Match Carmina on Tina.  Anyway, this method worked for me in all matches, but I think my levels were higher than yours.

I beat the game yesterday afternoon. The tip to defend & build up Tina to use “Dragon’s Judgment” worked, but I decided to use the “Subtle Presence” & “Shimmering Reflexes” Carmina on her to help her stay alive & build up MP a bit faster. And I used the Alchemist class for Aira so she could cast veil & remove status effects in addition to healing. Also, I ended up substituting Julius for Boros for durability & administering” Bleed”. Thanks again.

Good going!  Yes, there are several combinations of Carmina and classes that work well.  That’s one of the fun things in the game: there isn’t a single solution you must find, but multiple ways to victory.
