The Traveler’s Inn is located on the peninsula in southwest of the Storei Village. You can also check number 27 on the world. There's not much to do here, just collect the treasure in this building and talk to some people if you want then leave again.

Note: Since you're in this area you could explore the ghost ship (check the Ghost Ship side quest for details) which is nearby.
