Huh? I’m fairly certain I didn’t. All of the towns I wrote (none) for, all of them being “optional” areas like Timburk and Withurlif, don’t have any chapels to begin with.

I didn’t see a topic on this earlier, so I decided to warp around with the free Treasury Key you get at some point in the game to check all the Chapel chests. Generally, none of them are really worth grinding for 50 LPP for each, unless you’re a treasure completionist.

    Here is the list:

    Treasures

    Raunof Village
    Mega Herb x2

  • Since there is currently no freemium version, I’m asking these questions now while I consider if this game is worth the current price tag. First of all, when you start the game, do you start with any initial amount of the premium currency (ALP, I believe?) like in other prem versions of games? Also, how overpowered are the things for sale compared…[Read more]

  • Hmm… Kemco games in general don’t have much in overt romance. But then again, I’ve only really played those by Exe-Create. There are some game endings that certainly support that path, though.

Off the top of my head, these games are what I can remember that have paths and/or endings romantically centered around pairings:

    Hope that…[Read more]

    According to this page: https://www.rpginsanity.com/glorious-savior/sub-quests/

It’s at the present version of the Sorcerer Tribe village. But I don’t know if you can access it until you gain the Normal End (beat the boss at Season Castle’s peak and continue for the post-game content). My memory is a bit foggy in this part, sorry.

  •

Yeah, they’re nameless on the Achievement screen, it only says “Secret”. Oh, right. I hadn’t beaten the True End boss multiple times and chosen the other two options yet. Thanks for that.

  •

Nope, there isn’t. I just defeated her at level 585 (on Normal, but still) and got nothing special out of it. The dialogue implies you defeated her while she was at level 999.

It’s basically a DPS race before she uses “Go to sleep!” as I think that always puts Swoon on without fail. That’ll instantly wipe you unless you use some sort of…[Read more]

  • I have one correction to add to the Materials list (this page: https://www.rpginsanity.com/chronus-arc/material-list/ )

Pearl Crystals DO have a mining spot. It’s in Galbure’s Tower B1F. From the chamber with four stairs in the second room when you first enter the area, take the upper-right stairs and there’s a mining spot. You can find Pearl…[Read more]

  • Tried it once. I quit after finishing the main story line in Normal. I didn’t notice any notable updates (nor does it look like it updates often) so I didn’t really stick around for post-game activity. It’s really, really sizable in disk space, and size is not something I can squander on my potato of an Android tablet.

I guess the one good thing…[Read more]

  • Where would be the best areas to get this? Some areas seem to have better drop rates of this than others, but as far as I can tell, metal monsters (or the entire area where they all spawn at, like certain islands or Envy Shrine) never seem to want to drop this…

  • If you have room to, you should only have 2 types of weapons for each party member: one for clearing content and the other for farming purposes. The farming weapons should have Steal (and I forget which other stats apply in this game… if there are EXP or GOLD effects they’d go here too); the weapons for smashing things should all have Critical,…[Read more]

  • I never did finish that particular game. Yes, I am old enough to not only have played but OWNED (well, still own) the original, as well as a working NES (not the more updated remakes, but a bona fide original console). And yes, the grinding was so tedious for me as well I had to resort to Game Genie codes just to cut it down a few notches, though…[Read more]

Just keep moving on with the story, you’ll be able to swap out Phelia’s pet at some point. Sorry, I forgot when does that occur, exactly.

  • Maidame Curie stops asking for money just before the normal end area, I think. If you don’t pay when she first asks you to, you can always pay later at the Forgotten Sanctuary (it costs more though, due to the additional late fee). You just get bulbs in return, nothing too major.

I didn’t properly count how many payments you have to make in…[Read more]

  • tip: Don’t actually use your Gleamstones on the Lithographs. You get free 200 ATK weapons from completing the trophy rewards. Unless you IAP for more Gleamstones, you’re better off saving them for more important things, like the two doors in the Ancient Storehouse.

Unless those 180 atk weapons come with rare effects like Crit. I can’t say that…[Read more]

  • Using this trick has reeeeaally cut down on the weapon farming time. Thanks for that.

You kind of need this trick for the post-game, because using the normal Can Ticket crafting hardly ever gives you the good effects you want to farm (1% for crit?! seriously?!). So the moment you find some of the rarer effects to grind up (SPD, etc), you’re going…[Read more]

  • If you plan on hanging around for post-game, buy the Green Key so you can take on the Milialance Tower.

Some treasures are blocked by arrows and require the Heavy Card.

And well, the Attract Card is for hardcore grinding.

Other than those three, I can’t think of much else that are must-buys.

  • Believe it or not, I actually used both for my late-game party lineups. Actually, I used both Hero and Dragonite since I got their second-tier growth plates, just so everyone has a unique weapon. 😉 See, it’s a habit for Exe-Create to give one of each “ultimate weapons and armor” just before the final battle so I wanted to make sure everyone had…[Read more]
