This is the first battle where I've ever had to use Spilrau.

The reason being, Florus' turn often comes before Rumil's, and if Rumil isn't able to use Healing Wind before his attack, Florus will kill your entire party.

So, whenever your health is low, have someone use a Spilrau on Rumil. This will completely fill her Stamina and give her the very next turn.

For this battle, equip Denoas with the Windblast Helmet and on his first turn, use Fortify. This will protect your party from Florus' first attack (which otherwise is really quite brutal.)

Then have Rumil use Accelerator, and have Ryle start using Brave Force to raise the Deadliness Gauge.

Use Overload on Runatie and Denoas, then have Runatie use Enchanted Weapon and Denoas use Critical Up.

Use one more Brave Force on Ryle's next turn, then as soon as possible use Ragnazeilast.

Now just settle in for a long, slow, painful battle. Have Rumil use Healing Wind on every turn, and meanwhile use potions as necessary to revive or restore everyone's health.

Keep using Brave Force to fill your Deadliness Gauge, and use Ragnazeilast as often as you can. Three Ragnazeilasts plus regular attack skills should do him in. (Just remember to heal everyone as often as possible.)
